I gave them 4⭐️s initially on customer service alone ,but as you can see your work ethic has earned you 5⭐️.Although they where unable to actually complete the job do to the dealership not being honest they went above and beyond what I would have expected to try and get the job completed. I started to only gave them 4stars because I don't have an inspection to review, but after further consideration this company deserves 5+ stars ✨️ they set an outstanding example of how to treat your customers when things go wrong.

I rarely write reviews, so this may be my 2nd or 3rd review in general but Chris definitely deserves the shout out! I have utilized their services twice and Chris has delivered nothing but first-class service. Last week, I contacted Chris around 2pm to inspect a car, he stated that he had a full schedule that day but that he would definitely check it out first thing the next day. I really wanted an immediate inspection so I could conclude on a car. In addition, it was my birthday sooo, I asked if there was anything he could do to accommodate my last minute request. ???? Long story short, Chris moved his schedule around to accommodate my request. That was very kind of him and also a great birthday gift! The results from the inspection are always detailed and reliable. Chris is always available for additional clarification via phone as needed. Trust me, look nowhere else! You will not be disappointed.

I'm extremely happy with the outcome of my inspection with Chris who did a thorough job with checking the whole car. It was told to me that the car was in an accident but after Chris's check, the area that was supposed to be in an accident, it was determine that there was no evidence that the car was in an accident, all original parts were present on the car and everything working as expected. I would highly recommend MyUsedCarBuddy to anyone who wants honesty and security in knowing that the vehicle they are buying is in good shape based on the thorough inspection.

Wow! Amazing! Chris was fantastic, knowledgeable, fast, reliable, and answered each and every one of my questions (multiple times). What patience and knowledge. He did such a great job in inspecting the car I wanted to purchase and giving feedback, I didn't even need to go see the car personally. I was very lucky to find him and will recommend him to EVERYONE. Fantastic. I can keep going but will stop now.

I wish this review allowed for ten stars! It is very difficult to purchase a used car without test driving or inspecting personally. Chris, the owner, and his team were responsive, professional and provided an unbelievably thorough inspection and detailed report with photos, and feedback that allowed me to make the best and most informed decision on whether to buy or not. Probably even more than if I test drove the car and inspected it myself!Don’t waste you time looking for other inspection services. I promise you that you’ve won’t be disappointed but rather unexpectedly surprised of the value of exceptional customer service and responsiveness.
